Large Guest Cabin: 1,088 SF has two-level, was built in 1991, and is also a log structure. The main level includes a bedroom, sitting room, entry, and full bath with hot water heater and pressure tank. The upper level also includes a full bath, and two bedrooms. Interior finish is similar to the other guest cabin, and heat was by a Toyo diesel stove (not sure if this stove it is still there or not). Foundations for the cabins are piles driven to resistance.
Generator Shed 144 SF had two 20kw diesel generators, one of which is utilized as a back-up. There is a sophisticated inverter/battery electrical system run off the generator, and a solar panel. Seller used one of the generators last summer during his visit. Buyers to verify what equipment is still existing on property.
