Dock at low tide the water is 20 feet deep, Tides can change up to  14 feet in this area.  Plus has installed pump that go in the saltwater for a fire supply suppression system with gas powered water pump with 1 1/2 fire hose and novels

The second dock was an older original dock that is usable and use for a break water and a place to fish off of.


Water is caught off the roof which goes into a 2500 gallon storage tank which goes into a filter system and is also used as my fire supply system; seller also has rights to an adjacent stream for another fresh water source.
