House B has 1,568 square feet, built from 2000 to 2002, 2 story, 2 X 6 frame construction, sheet rock interior walls, plywood floors, wood siding, foundation on post on concrete pads,metal roof, 4 bedroom and full bathroom on 2nd level, open living space on main level with kitchen, beautiful wood dinning table that seats 10 people, propane cooking range, no refrigerator, wood stove for heat, electric supplied by generator system, connected to private septic and well.
5 Log Cabins total of 1,121 square feet, all 5 were built in 1990’s, not connected to the generator, wired with off the grid lighting connected to a 12v battery, some have propane lamps/tanks. All have wood stoves and outhouses.
Cabin #1 “family cabin” this is the largest and newest. It is a beautiful log cabin with a small porch. Has beds for 6 to stay comfortably. Open Loft, wood stove, metal roof, foundation is concrete pad on post, Plywood floor with carpet.
Cabin #2 has a beautiful burls on the front porch hence the name “Knotty Cabin” Has a metal roof, one double bed, one single bed and a loft with a sleeping area. Nice wood stove, foundation is concrete pads on post, plywood floor.
Cabin #3 This one is 2×4 A frame construction, Call “A Frame” cabin for it’s steep roof, Metal roof, it’s foundation is wood piles with no concrete, has a wood stove, plywood floors and one bed.
Cabin #4 has a stone floor with a sod roof. It is a log cabin with a double bed and a single bed and a barrel stove.
Cabin #5 This is the “Red Door” cabin. The oldest and built around 1990. Log cabin with sod roof and plywood floor. Two single beds. It’s foundation is wood piles with no concrete, has a wood stove.
Sauna Building 221 square feet is a log building with concrete floor, has sauna, two showers, instant hot water heater, wood stove, metal roof.
Generator Build– 128 square feet, is a log cabin with a 10 KW Diesel Northern Lights Generator
Wash House– 194 square feet, wood framed, has washers and dryers and two showers.
Sheds– 4 each, 12’X16 wood frame storage sheds use for all types of storage.
Out Houses– 5 each wood frame.
Beach Shelter & Well House – wood frame, one end is open with outdoor table and the other end is enclosed. The private well is located in this building.
